1 For this reason I, Paul, the R139 prisoner of Christ R140 Jesus for R141 the sake of you Gentiles-- R1422 if indeed you have heard of the stewardship R143 of God's grace which was given to me for you; 3 that R144 by R145 revelation there was made R146 known to me the R147 mystery, as R148 I wrote before in brief. 4 By F42 referring to this, when you read you can understand my R149 insight into F43 the mystery R150 of Christ, 5 which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles R151 and prophets in F44 the Spirit; 6to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow R152 heirs and fellow R153 members of the body, and fellow R154 partakers of the promise in Christ R155 Jesus through the gospel, 7 of R156 which I was made a minister, R157 according to the gift of God's R158 grace which was given to me according R159 to the working of His power. 8 To me, the R160 very least of all saints, F45 this grace was given, to preach R161 to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches R162 of Christ, 9 and to bring F46 to light what is the administration of the mystery R163 which for ages has been hidden R164 in God who R165 created all things; 10 so that the manifold wisdom R166 of God might now be made R167 known through the church to the rulers R168 and the authorities in the R169 heavenly places.11This was in accordance R170 with the eternal F47 purpose which He carried F48 out in Christ R171 Jesus our Lord, 12 in whom we have boldness and confident R172F49 access R173 through faith in F50 Him. 13 Therefore I ask you F51 not to R174 lose heart at my tribulations on R175 your behalf, for F52 they are your glory.
14 For this reason I bow R176 my knees before the Father, 15 from whom every F53 family in heaven and on earth derives its name, 16 that He would grant you, according to the R177 riches of His glory, to be strengthened R178 with power through His Spirit in the R179 inner man, 17 so that Christ R180 may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted R181 and grounded R182 in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all R183 the saints F54 what is the R184 breadth and length and height and depth, 19 and to know the R185 love of Christ which surpasses R186 knowledge, that you may be filled R187 up to all the fullness R188 of God.
20 Now R189 to Him who is able R190 to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according R191 to the power that works within us, 21 to R192 Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever F55 and ever. Amen.
