Deuteronomy 19:16

"If [1] a malicious witness rises up against a man to accuse [2] him of wrongdoing, [3]

Deuteronomy 19:17

then both the men who have the dispute shall stand before [1] the LORD, before the priests and the judges who will be in office in those days.

Deuteronomy 19:18

"The judges shall [1] investigate thoroughly, and if the witness is a false witness and he has accused [2] his brother falsely,

Deuteronomy 19:19

then you [1] shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you.

Deuteronomy 19:20

"The [1] rest will hear and be afraid, and will never again do such an evil thing among you.

Deuteronomy 19:21

"Thus you [1] [2] shall not show pity: life [3] for life, eye [4] for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
