Revelation 17:1

Then [1] one of the seven [2] angels who had the seven [3] bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come here, I will show you the [4] judgment of the great [5] harlot who sits [6] on many waters,

Revelation 17:2

with whom the [1] kings of the earth committed acts of immorality, and those [2] who dwell on the earth were made [3] drunk with the wine of her immorality."

Revelation 17:3

And he [1] carried me away in [2] [3] the Spirit into [4] a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet [5] beast, full of blasphemous [6] names, having seven [7] heads and ten horns.

Revelation 17:4

The woman was [1] clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned [2] with gold and precious stones [3] and pearls, having in her hand a [4] gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her immorality,

Revelation 17:5

and on her forehead a name was written, a mystery, [1] "BABYLON [2] THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE [3] ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."

Revelation 17:6

And I saw the woman drunk with the [1] blood of the saints, [2] and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. When I saw her, I wondered greatly. [3]
