III δρυὸς ἄκρα, = cross ἀκρόδρυα, ib. 112. in Logic of Arist. τὰ ἄκρα are major and minor terms of syllogism, opp. to μέσον or middle, APr. 25b36, al. extremes in a proportion, Id. EN 1133b2.
