Bridging the Gap with Lloyd Pulley

The Trials and Suffering of Jesus part 2

Thursday, January 23, 2020

Lloyd Pulley

We will be in Matthew twenty-six today, as we near the climax of our Lord's earthly ministry.  Pastor Lloyd Pulley is here now to have us consider the trials and suffering Jesus endured as He neared the time when He would fulfill His great purpose for coming to the earth - a price that was paid on our behalf by a loving savior nearly two thousand years ago on a hill called Calvary.

The Trials and Suffering of Jesus part 1 - Wednesday, January 22, 2020

We are looking back at the most requested messages from 2019, and today we are going to again consider an important question: What will you do about Jesus Christ? Now, as pastor Lloyd has mentioned many times in the past, there is no middle ground when it comes to Jesus. You are either for Him or against Him. Too many people think they can have it both ways - live a sinful lifestyle and still serve God.

The Coming of the Lord and the End of the Age part 2 - Tuesday, January 21, 2020

Back in Jesus’ day, as His arrest and crucifixion was nearing, Jesus had a conversation with some of His disciples. They had been told by Jesus that He would someday return, and that sparked a lot of question, including “How will we know when that time is near?” You may be asking the same question today. Lloyd will share some of those signs today, and as we see world events unfold around us, we can’t help but conclude that the time of the Lord’s return is near.

The Coming of the Lord and the End of the Age part 1 - Monday, January 20, 2020

Today we continue our look back at the most requested messages from 2019 with a study centered around the question, “What will be the Signs of His Coming?”  We’ll take a trip back to the Mount of Olives where Jesus and a few of His disciples had a very interesting discussion that sheds some light on what’s going to happen before the Lord returns.

Authority of the King part 2 - Friday, January 17, 2020

God has a code of entry for Heaven, and it has to do with our hearts, not our clothing. Jesus taught this lesson is a great parable, called the parable of the wedding feast. That’s where we’ll be today as we look back at the most requested messages pastor Lloyd shared last year. There are several things that separate Christianity from every other religion in the world. The two main differences are - Christians serve a risen God, and there are no “works” required to get to Heaven for the born again Christian.

Authority of the King part 1 - Thursday, January 16, 2020

Today we share with you another message from our series looking back at the most requested messages Lloyd shared last year. Today we’ll enjoy a study in Matthew chapter twenty one. Can you think of anything more foolish than challenging the authority of Jesus Christ? No way would I ever have the guts to do that, yet there were those who tried! In Matthew chapter twenty one, beginning in verse twenty three, we’ll meet these men who challenged Jesus, and also learn some good truths by looking at several parables.

God’s Rescue Plan For Israel part 2 - Wednesday, January 15, 2020

We’ll continue our look back at the most requested messages from 2019 today, by revisiting a message on end times prophecy today from the book of Ezekiel. Israel is the focal point of all the unrest in the Middle East, whether people want to admit it or not, and it will be the focal point of future events leading up to the return of Christ.

God’s Rescue Plan For Israel part 1 - Tuesday, January 14, 2020

As we continue our series on end times prophecy today, pastor Lloyd will take us to the focal point of all of the end times events - Israel. What will become of her? And what about her enemies? If you’ve been confused at times about the real motives and goals of the Muslim world, then stay tuned, because pastor Lloyd will clear it all up today.

Make A Way for the Lord part 2 - Monday, January 13, 2020

On today’s program, Lloyd will share with us the final message in his series on revival. The common lesson we have gleaned from every message in this series is this: our world is in deep trouble, and the only thing that will save this world is revival - a fresh awakening and appreciation for God and His tremendous love. Revival on a personal basis begins in the heart. It’s all about allowing the Holy Spirit to dwell in you and guide your thoughts and actions.

Make A Way for the Lord, Part 1 - Friday, January 10, 2020

We all know the Boy Scout motto - “Be Prepared!”. Not a bad motto for Christians either, as we seek revival in our lives and in the lives of those around us. How can we be best prepared for revival? That’s the question pastor Lloyd will consider today as we begin our study in Isaiah chapter forty.
