So Noah went forth, and his sons and his wife and his sons wives with him;

And I will establish my covenant with you; so that never again shall all flesh perish by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.

And I will make your descendants like the dust of the earth; so that if you can number the dust of the earth, then shall your descendants also be numbered.

And he brought him outside, and said to him, Look now toward heaven and number the stars, if you are able to number them; and he said to him, So shall your descendants be.

And take a morsel of bread and sustain your hearts; after that you shall go on your way, since you have come to your servant. And they said, So do as you have said.

So Abraham hastened into the tent to Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine flour, knead it, and make cakes on a griddle.

And the LORD said to Abraham, Why did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I truly bear a child, when I am so old?

So the men turned from there and went toward Sodom; but Abraham stood yet before the LORD.

And Lot said to them, I pray you, my brethren, do not so wickedly.

And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, from the least to the greatest, so that they became tired trying in vain to find the door.

Come, let us make our father drink wine and we will lie with him so that we may raise an offspring from our father.

And it came to pass on the next day, the first-born said to the younger, Behold. I lay last night with my father; let us make him drink wine tonight also: and then you go in and lie with him so that we may raise offspring from our father.
