Ecclesiastes 9:5

KJV – For the living know (8802) that they shall die (8799): but the dead (8801) know (8802) not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten (8738).

BHS –

כִּ֧י הַֽחַיִּ֛ים יֹודְעִ֖ים שֶׁיָּמֻ֑תוּ וְהַמֵּתִ֞ים אֵינָ֧ם יֹודְעִ֣ים מְא֗וּמָה וְאֵֽין־עֹ֤וד לָהֶם֙ שָׂכָ֔ר כִּ֥י נִשְׁכַּ֖ח זִכְרָֽם׃

KJV – Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished (8804); neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done (8738) under the sun.

גַּ֣ם אַהֲבָתָ֧ם גַּם־שִׂנְאָתָ֛ם גַּם־קִנְאָתָ֖ם כְּבָ֣ר אָבָ֑דָה וְחֵ֙לֶק אֵין־לָהֶ֥ם עֹוד֙ לְעֹולָ֔ם בְּכֹ֥ל אֲשֶֽׁר־נַעֲשָׂ֖ה תַּ֥חַת הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃
