Hebrew pl. Ketzi'oth ( Psalm 45:8 ). Mentioned in connection with myrrh and aloes as being used to scent garments. It was probably prepared from the peeled bark, as the Hebrew word suggests, of some kind of cinnamon. Copyright Statement
