Giloh
Holman Bible Dictionary
(gi' loh) Place name meaning, “uncovered” or “revealed.” Town in tribal allotment of Judah in Judean hills (Joshua 15:51 ). David's counselor Ahithophel came from Giloh (2 Samuel 15:12 ). Some scholars locate it at khirbet Jala in the suburbs of Jerusalem, but most think Giloh was actually further south.
