Innkeeper
Holman Bible Dictionary
One who serves as the host or hostess at an inn. The innkeeper of Luke 10:35 was responsible for providing food and medical care. A targum (early Aramaic Free translation) on Joshua 2:1 identifies Rahab as an innkeeper.
