Millet
Holman Bible Dictionary
(Puhnicum milyacum L.) The smallest cereal grain. Millet makes a poor quality bread and is normally mixed with other grains (Ezekiel 4:9 ). Some identify the Hebrew term with sorghum (Sorghum vulgare Pers.).
