Tahash
Holman Bible Dictionary
(tay' hassh) Personal name meaning, “porpoise” or “dugong.” Third son of Nahor and Reumah (Genesis 22:24 ) and ancestor of an Arab tribe, perhaps associated with Tahshi north of Damascus. The tell-el-Amarna letters and the records of Thutmose III mention Tahash.
