Uzal
Holman Bible Dictionary
(yoo' zal) Son of Joktan and ancestor of an Arabian tribe (Genesis 10:27; 1 Chronicles 1:21 ). Scholars have linked the tribe with Izalla in northeastern Syria and Azalla near Medina. Ezekiel 27:19 includes them among Tyre's trading partners.
