Martyr. Died in 1539 in Glastonbury, England. He was sub-treasurer of the Abbey of Glastonbury, and was arrested with his abbot, Blessed Richard Whiting, and Blessed John Thorne, tried at Wells, and executed for refusing to acknowledge the king's ecclesiastical supremacy. Beatified in 1895.
