Vine's Expository Dictionary of NT Words
"the quarter of the sun-setting" (dusis, "a sinking, setting;" duno, "to sink"), hence, "the west," occurs in Matthew 8:11; 24:27; Luke 12:54 (some regard this as the sunset); 13:29; Revelation 21:13 .
