2: νεωκόρος

(Strong's #3511 — Noun Masculine — neokoros — neh-o-kor'-os )

is translated "worshiper" in Acts 19:35 AV: see TEMPLE KEEPER.

3: θεοσεβής

(Strong's #2318 — Adjective — theosebes — theh-os-eb-ace' )

denotes "reverencing God" (theos, "God," sebomai, see WORSHIP , A, No. 2), and is rendered "a worshiper of God" in John 9:31 . Cp. theosebeia, "godliness," 1 Timothy 2:10 .
