a minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church South, was admitted into the Memphis Conference in 1846, located in 1850, removed to Vicksburg, and in 1856 entered the Mississippi Conference, wherein he labored until he became superannuated, in 1868. Not long afterwards he removed to British Honduras, and from that time to the close of his life labored constantly and successfully as a missionary there. He died July 24, 1879, aged about sixty years. He was a substantial Christian, faithful minister, and a devoted father and friend. See Minutes of Annual Conferences of the M.E.
