ē´vı̄ ( אוי , 'ĕwı̄ , "desire"; Εὐεί , Eueı́ ): One of the five kings, or chiefs of the Midianites, slain by Israel during their sojourn in the plains of Moab (Numbers 31:8; Joshua 13:21 ).
