Bayliss, Jeremiah H., D.D., LL.D.
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born at Wednesbury, England, December 20, 1835. In 1857 he joined the Genesee Conference. He was a pastor in various conferences until 1884, when he was elected editor of the Western Christian Advocate, which office he held until his death, August 14, 1889.
