a minister of theMethodist Episcopal Church, South, was born in Merriweather County, Georgia, in 1844. He was converted in, early manhood, licensed to preach in 1868, admitted into the Alabama Conference in 1872, labored on the Fredonia Circuit, at Monticello, and at Birmingham; was appointed editor of the Alabama Christian Advocate in 1881, and died October 7, 1882.
