a Baptist minister, was born at Canning, N.B. He was appointed to a mission in Miramichi in 1860; ordained in 1864, at Norton; was pastor at Northampton, Rockland, South Richmond, Hampton, and Upham; and labored at Kars, Wickham, McDonald's Corner, Hammond Vale, Peticodiac, North River, and Shediac, all in New Brunswick.
