Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
first abbess of the convent of Argensoles, flourished in the first half of the 13th century. She was a remarkable woman, very learned, and acknowledged to have disputed on the most intricate theological questions with great ability. She died in 1226.
