a Universalist minister, was born in the state of New York, January 23, 1801. He was educated in England, and on returning travelled over most of the Atlantic States, preaching a universal salvation. He finally settled in Missouri; removed to Washington Territory in 1870; and died June 18, 1878. Mr. Brice was a man of intelligence and culture, and of exemplary life.
