Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(Heb. Maknadbsay', מִכְנִדְבִי, perh. what is like the liberal? other copies read מִבְנִדְבִּי Mabnadbay'; Sept. Μαχναδααβού v. r. Μαχαδναβού ; Vulg. Mechnedebai), an Israelite of the sons of Bani who divorced his Gentile wife after the exile (Ezra 10:40). B.C. 459.
