Zahalon, Abraham ben- Isaac

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a Jewish writer of Spain, who flourished in the 16th century, is the author of, מרפא לנפש, or Healing of the Soul, an ascetical work, treating on repentance (Venice, 1595 ): יד חרועים, on the Jewish, Christian, and Mohammedan calendar (ibid. 1594-95): ישע אלהים, a grammatical and pedagogical commentary on the book of Esther (ibid. 1595).
