3מִצְמֵּה גִלְעָד Judges 11:29 (twice in verse) (ἡ σκοπιά) probably = ׳רָמַת הַמּ Joshua 13:26 Μας(ση)φα and perhaps מִצְמָּה

מִצְפֶּה masc. (from the root צָפָה)
(1) a watchtower, Isaiah 21:8 also a lofty place, whence one can see far and wide, whether there be a watchtower built there or not, 2 Chronicles 20:24.
(2) [Mizpeh], pr.n. of several towns situated on lofty places
(a) in the plain country of Judah, Joshua 15:38.
(b) in Moab, 1 Samuel 22:3.
(c) of Gad, Judges 11:22 see מִצְפֶּה No. 1.
(d) of the Benjamites, Joshua 18:26 see מִצְפָּה No. 2. Also
