Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition

אַנְתָּה Ch. pron. 2 peps. sing. m., thou, Daniel 2:29, 31, 37, 38 3:10 5:13, 18, 22, 23 6:17, 21, in כתיב. The form is a Hebraism, peculiar to the biblical Chaldee, instead of the common אַנְתְּ, אַתְּ comm. gen., and thus it is not acknowledged by the Masorites, who mark the ה as redundant, and always substitute the אַנְתְּ קרי.

[“אַנְתּוּן Ch. ye, pron. 2 pers. pl. Daniel 2:8. In Targg. written אַתּוּן.”]
