Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition
שָׁוֵה (“plain”), [Shaveh], pr.n. of a valley to the north of Jerusalem, which was also called the King’s dale, Genesis 14:17; 2 Samuel 18:18. But שָׁוֵה קִרִיָתַיִם [Shaveh Kiriathaim], Genesis 14:5, is the plain near the city of Kiriathaim (in the tribe of Reuben), see קִרְיָה letter.
