I make single or solitary, ἡμετέρην γενεὴν μούνωσε Κρονίων made our race single, i. e. allowed but one son in each generation, Od. 16.117; μ. τὸν Φίλιππον leave him isolated, Plb. 5.16.10; get alone, τινὰ ἐν σπήλυγγι AP 9.451; strip of predicates, make unique, [ θεόν ] Plot. 6.8.15.
