We are reminded of the curses in Deuteronomy 28:22; Deuteronomy 28:28 by Syll 891 (= .3 1240).11 (ii/A.D.) τοῦτόν τε θεὸς πατάξαι ἀπορίᾳ καὶ πυρετῷ. In the NT only the aor. and fut. are found in accordance with general Attic usage : see Wackernagel Hellenistica, p. 17 n.1.
