 [גָּהָה] verb depart, i.e. be cured, healed (subject wound) (compare Aramaic be freed (from guilt, pain, disease, etc.), Aph`el set free, also become free) ולאיִֿגְהֶה מִכֶּם מָזוֺר Hosea 5:13.

Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition

גָּהָה pr. to thrust away, to remove, specially the bandage of a wound [“to cure”]. Hosea 5:13, וְלֹא־יִגְהֶה מִכֶּם מָזוֹר “he (the king of Assyria) shall not thrust away from you (the Jews) the bandage,” i.e. he shall not heal you, as in the other hemistich. (Syr. ܓܗܳܐ to withdraw, to flee. Aphel, to rest, to liberate; Arab. جَهَّ to repel.) The Hebrews explain גָּהָה by ·רפא Hence
