(1) a slaying of cattle, Proverbs 7:22; Isaiah 53:7 also slaughter of men, Isaiah 34:2, Isaiah 34:6; Jeremiah 48:15, 50:27.

(2) slain beasts, banquets so prepared, Proverbs 9:2; Genesis 43:16 compare זֶבַח No. 1.
