נָחָה pret. and imp. Kal, fut. and inf. Hiphil, to lead, Exodus 32:34; Numbers 23:7; Job 38:32; 1 Samuel 22:4 often used of God as governing men, Psalms 5:9, 27:11 31:4 61:3 73:24 143:10.

(2) to lead forth (as troops), 1 Kings 10:26; 2 Kings 18:11.

(3) to lead back, Job 12:23, שֹׁטֵחַ לַגּוֹיִם וַיַּנְחֵם “he spreads out the nations, and leads them back,” into their former limits, whence they had migrated.
