I WILL extol thee, O my LORD, the King; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

Great is our LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.

One generation shall tell thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

I will speak of the glorious honor of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.

And men shall speak of the might of thy wonderful acts; and I will declare thy greatness.

They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, thy righteous shall seek and shall find it.

The LORD is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and of great mercy.

The LORD is good to all, and his tender mercies are over all his servants.

All thy servants shall give thee thanks, O LORD, and thy saints shall praise thee.

They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power,

To make known to the sons of men thy might and the glorious majesty of thy kingdom.

Thy kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion endures throughout all generations. The LORD is faithful in his words and righteous in all his works.

The LORD upholds all who fall, and raises up all who are bowed down.

The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their food in due season.

Thou openest thy hand and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

The LORD is righteous in all his ways and merciful in all his works.

The LORD is near to all who call upon him, to all who call upon him in truth.

He will fulfil the desire of those who worship him; he also will hear their cry and will save them.

The LORD preserves all who love him; but all the wicked he will destroy.

My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD; let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.

PRAISE the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

While I live will I praise the LORD; I will sing praises to my God as long as I live.

Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

His breath goes forth, he returns to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God,

Who made heaven and earth, the sea and all that therein is; who keeps truth for ever;

Who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. The LORD releases the prisoners;

The LORD opens the eyes of the blind; the LORD raises those who are bowed down; the LORD loves the righteous;

The LORD takes care of the poor; he feeds the fatherless and widows; but the way of the wicked he turns upside down.

The LORD shall reign for ever, even your God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise the LORD.

PRAISE the LORD; for it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and praise is comely.

The LORD builds up Jerusalem; he gathers together the scattered of Israel.

He heals the broken of heart, and binds up their wounds.

He counts the number of the stars; he calls them all by their names.

Great is our LORD, and great is his power; his understanding is infinite.

The LORD lifts up the meek; he humbles the wicked down to the ground.

Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp to our God,

Who covers the heavens with clouds, who gives rain upon the earth, who makes grass to grow upon the mountains.

He gives to the cattle their food, and to the young ravens which cry.

He delights not in the strength of the horse; he takes no pleasure in the legs of a mighty man.

The LORD takes pleasure in those who revere him, in those who hope in his mercy.

Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion.

For he has strengthened the bars of your gates; he has blessed your children within you.

He makes peace in your borders, and fills you with the finest of the wheat.

He sends forth his commandment upon earth; his word runs very swiftly.

He gives snow like wool; he scatters the hoarfrost like ashes.

He casts forth his ice like morsels; who can stand before his cold?

He sends out his word and melts them; he causes his wind to blow, and the waters flow.

He declares his word to Jacob, his statutes and his judgments to Israel.

He has not dealt so with all nations; and his judgments he has not made known to them. Praise the LORD.
