(ahr' uh bihm) NAS transliteration of name of waterway mentioned in Isaiah 15:7 . Other translations include: “brook of the willows” (KJV); “Ravine of the Poplars” (NIV); Valley of Willows (TEV); “Wadi of the Willows (NRSV). The water source indicated may be the wadi el-Chesa at the southern end of the Dead Sea in Moab.
