Calamus
Holman Bible Dictionary
(cal' uh muhss) An ingredient of holy anointing oil (Ezekiel 30:23 ). It was a good-smelling spice made from an imported reed. It is also translated “fragrant cane” (NIV, NAS) or aromatic cane (NRSV).
