Holman Bible Dictionary
(goh' ahh) Place name meaning, “low” (as a cow) or “bellow.” A place, apparently on the west side of Jerusalem, where Jeremiah promised the walls would be restored after the Babylonian destruction (Jeremiah 31:39 ).
