Siphmoth
Holman Bible Dictionary
(shf' mohth) Town in southern Judah that received booty of war from David for befriending him (1Samuel 30:26,1 Samuel 30:28 ). The location of Siphmoth is unknown. A man named Zabdi may have been a resident of the town (1 Chronicles 27:27 ). See Shiphmite .
