MISGAB. Mentioned along with Nebo and Kiriathaim in the oracle against Moab ( Jeremiah 48:1 ). Perhaps it is not intended as a proper name. The same Heb. term occurs in Isaiah 25:12 , where both AV [Note: Authorized Version.] and RV [Note: Revised Version.] tr.
