Constantin, Boniface

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a French theologian, belonging to the Jesuit order, was born at Magni (near Geneva) in 1590, was professor of rhetoric and philosophy at Lyons, and died at Vienne, Dauphine, November 8, 1651. He wrote, Vie de Cl. de Granger Eveque et Prince dae Geneve (Lyons, 1640): Historiae Sanctorum Angelorum Epitome (ibid. 1652), a singular work upon the history of angels.
