Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

an English clergyman, was professor of moral philosophy in the college of Williamsburg, Virginia. He was rector of Rendlesham, Suffolk, and in 1805 principal of the East India College at Hertford.
