Exx. of a later date seem to be rare, but cf. OGIS 669.54 (i/A.D.) ἐάν τι εὑρεθῶσι ψευδὲς ἤ <ι > παρὰ τὸ δέον παραγεγραφότες, and CPR I. 232.10 (ii/iii A.D.) ψευδεῖς αἰτίας ἡμῖν ἐπιφέρειν.
