Verse 2

the wicked = the lawless ones. Hebrew. rasha. '.

privily = in the darkness.

the upright = upright ones.

Verse 3

the foundations: hashshathoth = settled order of truth or institutions; not the roof or walls.

do. Not say or think, but lawfully and effectually "do".

Verse 4
