Curds
Holman Bible Dictionary
Fermented milk product equivalent to the modern leban (translated as “butter” in the KJV). Curds are prepared by churning fresh milk with a small amount of curds from a previous batch in a goatskin. They are frequently served with honey and wine and are considered a delicacy among the nomads in the ancient Near East (see Genesis 18:8; Deuteronomy 32:14; Judges 5:25; 2 Samuel 17:29; Job 20:17; Isaiah 7:15 ,Isaiah 7:15,7:22 ).
