Jeziel
Holman Bible Dictionary
(jee' zih ehl) Personal name meaning, “God sprinkled.” Military leader from tribe of Benjamin, Saul's tribe, who joined David at Ziklag as he fled from Saul (1 Chronicles 12:3 ). The written Hebrew text has the name Jezuel, while the early Hebrew scribes noted the reading, Jeziel.
