Jochebed
Holman Bible Dictionary
(jahk' eh buhd) Personal name meaning, Yahweh's glory. In Exodus 6:20 , the wife of Amram and the mother of Miriam, Aaron, and Moses. She was a member of the tribe of Levi. Her name includes the divine name Yahweh, evidence that the name Yahweh was known before the time of Moses. See Moses .
