Holman Bible Dictionary
(mal loh thi) Personal name meaning, “I spoke.” One of David's tabernacle musicians (1Chronicles 25:4,1 Chronicles 25:26 ). Like his father Heman (1 Chronicles 25:5 ), he may have exercised a prophetic role (king's seer). The sons' names may have formed a prayer (see REB note).
