Masrekah
Holman Bible Dictionary
(mass rih' kuh) Place name perhaps meaning, “vineyard.” City in Edom whose king ruled the Edomites in the period before Israel had kings (Genesis 36:36; 1 Chronicles 1:47 ). The site is perhaps Jebel el-Mushraq about twenty miles south-southwest of Ma'an. Eusebius (around A.D. 300) located Masrekah in Gabalene in northern Edom.
