Nodab
Holman Bible Dictionary
(noh' dawb) Name meaning, “nobility.” Tribe conquered by Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh (1 Chronicles 5:18 ). The name is preserved by Nudebe in Hauran. The association of Nodab with Jetur and Naphish suggests its identification with Kedemah (Genesis 25:15; 1 Chronicles 1:31 ).
