Tertius
Holman Bible Dictionary
(tuhr' tee uhss) Latin personal name meaning, “third [son].” Paul's amanuensis (secretary) for the writing of Romans who included his own greeting at Romans 16:22 . Some suggest that Quartus, whose name means, “fourth,” is perhaps Tertius' younger brother (Romans 16:23 ).
